INVESTMENT TEAM - OPEN POSITIONS

Portfolio Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Serves as the senior investment consultant for financial advisory clients by providing client facing support on products and investment thought leadership
  • Works closely with investment advisors to provide investment support and guidance; is regularly called upon to participate in meetings with financial advisory clients
  • Contributes to the development of Sales acumen by leading Sales trainings on investment topics
  • To communicate confidently and regularly in portfolio review meetings with clients, which include both equity and multi-asset mandates
  • Prepare regular investment notes as well as presentations and necessary materials required to provide solutions and quality service to prospects, clients and consultants
  • To participate in mandate pitches including equity and multi-asset mandates to prospective HNWIs and institutions
  • Advanced knowledge of FINNOMENA’s investment product line-up and in-depth understanding of the principles of asset management, investment markets, and portfolio construction

Qualification

  • Master’s degree in MBA, Finance, Marketing, Economics and Accounting from Thai and oversea
  • Minimum 3 years experience in investment management and/or client facing advisory positions
  • Knowledge of investment product and market outlook
  • Proven experience with external clients and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including strong presentation skills
  • Possessed an IP license
  • CFA/CAIA holder (preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal skill, communication skill and self motivated

Investment Advisor

Responsibilities

  • To approach potential customers to establish relationships & provide sufficient information about company, product and service
  • To educate customer about investment knowledge and asset allocation model
  • To generate sales and services relating to investment portfolio to customer
  • To update investment outlook and do rebalancing for customer portfolio
  • To resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in MBA, Finance, Marketing, Economics and Accounting from Thai and oversea
  • Knowledge of investment product and market outlook
  • Problem-solving attitude and teamwork skills
  • Possessed a IC license, IP license is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skill, communication skill and self motivated

Partners Relation Manager (Business Development - Partnership)

Responsibilities

  • Identify business opportunities in the wealth management area through a partnership
  • Negotiate and finalize deals in accordance with the company’s contract guidelines and policies
  • Manages external partnerships relationships (AMC, Individuals, and so on) to ensure alignment with the company’s mission and strategies
  • Collaborate with Business, Marketing, and Product Teams in determining the needs of partners and driving an initiative to market

Qualification

  • A sense of initiative, discretion, mature judgment and entrepreneurial spirit is required. Capacity to effectively interact with a multiplicity of stakeholders including senior leaders
  • Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to build strong relationships with various working partners
  • Solution-oriented, a team player with strong leadership and initiative
  • Ability to communicate well in English and Thai
  • Experience in wealth management is a plus
