Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Art, Marketing, or any related fields
1-3 years experience in marketing field with financial firm or related
Experience in event management from end to end process since planning until execution and evaluation
Experience in co-operation with third parties in order to achieve the event’s objective
Have passion and challenge to do the new things that you have never done before
Able to work on the weekends twice a month and able to work in upcountry 4-5 times per year
Able to use graphic design software to create marketing material is a plus
Able to take a photo and video shot, including with video edition is a plus
Digital Marketing Specialist
Responsibilities
Analyze digital data to draw key recommendations around website and customer journey
Create A/B Testing and optimize marketing mix channel to enhance conversion rate
Maximize ROI via LINE@, Google Ads and Facebook advertising platforms
Prepare weekly emails to send out to customers
Developing online strategy to meet with target CAC
Lead the creative lab to explore the creativity for marketing campaign (majority for online then offline).

Qualification

Responsibilities
Prepare targeted marketing program to ensure alignment with business strategies and company direction
Work closely with Investment advisor team to understand customer problem and insights and able to craft suitable campaign strategy to match with right customer segment
