Event Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Develop event concept and schedule all speakers/teams to support events
  • Manage regular events and Handle Ad-hoc event by assignment
  • Creating and managing events’ calendar
  • To Co-Work with organizer and well maintenance relationship with partners/vendors
  • Control and utilized budget for every events and Able to prepare and Co-Operate payment process with Finance team
  • Organize every events which is related to the company both internal (with FINNOMENA’s staff) /external (with clients or partners)
  • Create any marketing materials or tools which is related to FINNOMENA’s event and support sale process and Investment Adviser team

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Art, Marketing, or any related fields
  • 1-3 years experience in marketing field with financial firm or related
  • Experience in event management from end to end process since planning until execution and evaluation
  • Experience in co-operation with third parties in order to achieve the event’s objective
  • Have passion and challenge to do the new things that you have never done before
  • Able to work on the weekends twice a month and able to work in upcountry 4-5 times per year
  • Able to use graphic design software to create marketing material is a plus
  • Able to take a photo and video shot, including with video edition is a plus

Digital Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Analyze digital data to draw key recommendations around website and customer journey
  • Create A/B Testing and optimize marketing mix channel to enhance conversion rate
  • Maximize ROI via LINE@, Google Ads and Facebook advertising platforms
  • Prepare weekly emails to send out to customers
  • Developing online strategy to meet with target CAC
  • Lead the creative lab to explore the creativity for marketing campaign (majority for online then offline).
  • Work closely and support the sales team
  • Stay up-to-date with digital media technologies and latest trends

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
  • Minimum 2 years experience in marketing field with financial firm
  • Experience in Google Ads, Facebook advertising, Email marketing, (Marketing automation is a plus)
  • Full understanding of online funnels and digital platforms
  • Highly in creativity and think out of the box.
  • Experience in Google Products – Google Analytic, Google Optimize, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio
  • Knowledge of web design
  • Good time-management skills
  • Able to use graphic design software and able to create video content is a plus

Segment Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

  • Prepare targeted marketing program to ensure alignment with business strategies and company direction
  • Work closely with Investment advisor team to understand customer problem and insights and able to craft suitable campaign strategy to match with right customer segment
  • Plan and execute marketing campaign to maximize profit. Working with both external and internal partners to ensure campaign success
  • Evaluate campaign to understand key success and key challenge on each campaign and able to take lesson-learn for future improvement
  • Recommending and developing sale tools to support internal department
  • Understand policy and procedure to operate working process complied with company regulations

Qualification

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related fields
  • Minimum 2 years experience in marketing field with financial firm or related with proven track record of achievement
  • Experience collaborating with highly driven sales teams as demonstrated through a solid understanding of sales cycles and sales tool development
  • 1 -2 years in Segmentation Marketing, background is preferable
  • Logical thinking & analytical skill to convert massive data into action
  • Solid background in direct marketing and lead generation across multiple channels

Marketing Data Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with business units to create reports and dashboards as business needs
  • Define and track metrics (KPI) for projects and market campaigns
  • Perform data mining to extract actionable insights from large and variety of data sets
  • Identify problems, trends and business opportunities through analysis of complex data sets

Qualification

  • 2+ year of experience in data analyst field
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Statistic, Mathematics, Computer Science or related fields
  • *Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Python
  • Experience with any BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
  • Communication skills including the ability to understand the business process in any area in detail
  • Knowledge of data science is a plus
  • Experience/Interest in the marketing, content marketing, and financial domain is a plus
