HOT NEWS DIGEST – การประชุมระหว่างประเทศกลุ่ม OPEC และ Non-OPEC ได้เริ่มขึ้นแล้ว..หลังจากดีเลย์มาซักระยะนึง
- การประชุมในการคงการผลิตน้ำมันสำหรับประเทศในกลุ่ม OPEC และนอกกลุ่ม OPEC ได้เริ่มขึ้นหลังจากเกิดปัญหาเล็กน้อย
- สำหรับร่างข้อตกลงนั้น สำคัญๆก็คือแต่ละประเทศจะคงการผลิตโดยเฉลี่ยต่อเดือน ต้องไม่เกินระดับการผลิตของเดือนมกราคมที่ผ่านมา
- ระยะเวลาของข้อตกลงนี้จะมีระยะเวลาประมาณ 6 เดือน ถึงเดือนตุลาคม หลังจากนั้นจะประชุมกันอีกทีที่รัสเซียเพื่อจะดูความคืบหน้า
- ร่างข้อตกลงที่เห็นนั้นก็พอที่จะคลายกังวลในด้าน Supply ไปได้บ้างแต่ถึงอย่างไร Demand ของน้ำมันก็ยังมีแนวโน้มฟื้นตัวได้ช้าอยู่

Doha Oil Talks Start After Delay to Address Saudi Stance on Iran

Talks between some of the world’s biggest oil producers on freezing production are underway in Doha after several hours of delay to change the wording of the agreement, in part to address Saudi Arabia’s stance on Iran.
“The general agreement is in place,” Wilson Pastor, Ecuador’s governor to OPEC, said in a Bloomberg Television interview in Doha before the start of formal talks. “There is some disagreement on the wording and maybe this afternoon we are going to finish,” he said, adding that details on the monitoring of the accord and a follow-up meeting were also to be finalized.
