The fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in publicly-traded equity securities issued by dividend-paying companies economically tied to countries outside the United States that the Adviser believes have the ability to consistently increase their dividend payments over the medium term (three to five years).
