QualTek Services Inc. was founded in 2012 and is headquartered in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania. On May 24, 2023, QualTek Services Inc., along with its affiliates filed a voluntary petition for reorganization under Chapter 11 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas.
