The fund, under normal circumstances, invests in swap agreements that provide 200% daily exposure to TTD equal to at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes). The fund will attempt to achieve its investment objective without regard to overall market movement or the increase or decrease of the value of TTD. At the close of the markets each trading day, the Adviser rebalances the fund"s portfolio so that its exposure to TTD is consistent with the fund"s investment objective. The fund is non-diversified.
