The fund is an exchange-traded fund that employs a passive management investment approach designed to track, before fees and expenses, the price performance of the index. The fund invests, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of its net assets, plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes, in financial instruments and economic interests that provide exposure to crypto assets, excluding bitcoin. The fund is non-diversified.
