The fund, under normal market conditions, will invest at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in shares of WMT, investments that provide exposure to WMT or income-producing investments tied to WMT. The fund will primarily seek to obtain its notional exposure to WMT through options contracts on WMT, including standardized exchange-traded and FLexible EXchange® Options ("FLEX Options"). The fund is non-diversified.
