The New Energy segment manufactures and sells mechanical transmission equipment products, such as wind, industrial, and rail transportation gear transmission equipment products. The segment is also involved in procurement and wholesale of refined oil, electrolytic copper, raw coal and coke, and steel. The company was formerly known as Warderly International Holdings Limited and changed its name to Fullshare Holdings Limited in October 2014.
