The also has an option to acquire 100% interests in the Cat-Euclid Lake project that consists of 6 claims totaling approximately 2,930 acres located in southeastern Manitoba, Canada; and the Clayton Valley project comprising 58 claims totaling 1,160 acres located in Clayton Valley, Esmeralda County, Nevada.
