Under normal market conditions, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets in the securities that comprise the index. The index seeks to track the performance of companies that have high earnings quality. Specifically, the top companies within each sector that have the highest "Earnings Capture" metric are eligible for inclusion for a total of 100 companies in the index. The fund is non-diversified.
