As of June 30, 2025, FrontView owned a well-diversified portfolio of 319 properties with direct frontage across 37 U.S. states. FrontView's tenants include service-oriented businesses, such as medical and dental providers, quick service restaurants, casual dining, financial institutions, cellular stores, automotive stores, convenience stores and gas stations, discount retail, automotive dealers, fitness operators, car washes, pharmacies, home improvement stores, as well as professional services tenants.
